I began my career as an entrepreneur, which gave me a strong technical and business foundation before moving into iOS development and later expanding into hybrid mobile application development with Xamarin, Flutter, and Ionic. Over time, I progressed into leadership roles, including Technical Lead at Tamimah Telecom, where I helped establish the company’s India development centre, built engineering teams, and oversaw delivery operations.
I have worked across India, Oman, and Ireland, gaining international experience in diverse technology and telecom environments. At Ooredoo Oman, I contributed to the development and improvement of the company’s self-care mobile application used by millions of customers, focusing on performance optimisation, feature delivery, and operational excellence initiatives that improved efficiency and customer experience.
Most recently, as a Technical Program Manager at Axonista, I led both customer-facing and internal technology initiatives, working closely with engineering, product, and operations teams. My role involved managing projects for clients across the United States and Europe, driving structured program execution, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex digital media and streaming platform solutions.
Part of the Project Management Office (PMO), functioning as a Technical Program Manager with end-to-end oversight across strategic initiatives, delivery, and operations. Actively Scrum Mastering and supporting the Product team with roadmap planning, prioritisation, and process improvement. Leading the internal FinOps program to enhance cloud cost visibility and operational efficiency. Managing key customer-facing projects, including QVC integrations and Video Elephant, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder alignment. Also responsible for customer support operations and IT administration, contributing to internal stability and a seamless customer experience.
As a Technical Support Engineer, I work closely with the product team to deliver end-to-end product support and ensure an excellent customer experience. My responsibilities include managing customer inquiries and troubleshooting via Zendesk tickets, administering IT support tools, and providing hands-on technical assistance. Beyond customer support, I collaborate on internal projects and contribute to product testing and lab work, helping to drive continuous improvements and strengthen the product lifecycle. At Tamimah Digital India Pvt. Ltd., Cochin, I led mobile app development projects as a Tech Lead, managing a team of five developers and ensuring smooth project delivery. Alongside leadership, I contributed hands-on as an Analyst Programmer, working with native iOS, Ionic, and Flutter technologies. I was involved in end-to-end development, from requirements to deployment, with notable contributions to live projects such as MyMajan and Baladiyeti on the Apple App Store.
