I earned the globally recognised PMP certification, which reflects advanced knowledge of project management principles, governance frameworks, and best practices for delivering complex initiatives. It validates my ability to manage projects across the full lifecycle—from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.

Through PMP training, I strengthened my capabilities in scope management, schedule planning, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, cost control, and programme governance, helping me align project delivery with organisational strategy and business outcomes.

I obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) credential to strengthen my expertise in Agile delivery and Scrum framework implementation.
